Nine-day immersive theatre programme for ages 14-17 inspired by museum collections.
I led cross-functional project team managing museum stakeholder relationships, freelance facilitators and technical staff. I also coordinated curriculum development and delivery and oversaw public performance.
The project successfully delivered on time and budget with positive feedback from museum stakeholders and participants.
Slapdash International Improv Festival
Lead Producer
Seven-day festival with over 30 performers from seven countries providing workshops and three nights of sold-out shows.
I led creative programming, budget management, international logistics (travel/accommodation for 30+ performers from 7 countries), venue coordination, and stakeholder management.
The festival successfully delivered within budget and with three nights of sold-out shows and seven days of sold-out workshops.

Six-part documentary series exploring what the potential gain at great cost by performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
I conceived and developed concept, sourced and scheduled 15+ contributors including political figures and industry leaders, led editorial direction, managed production timeline and freelancers.
I managed complex editorial process including high-profile contributor coordination. Successfully balanced creative vision with logistical constraints and tight deadlines. You can listen to the show below.

Solo show exploring disability within a family from a sibling's perspective.
I managed multi-stakeholder communications between artist, project team, and venue. Facilitated production meetings. Managed digital marketing including website updates, MailChimp newsletters, and social media content. Supported on-site logistics and operations including merchandise and promotional material updates.
The show won the inaugural Sit-up Award for theatre making a social impact on the community.
